The Best Free Internet/Computer Security (In My Opinion)

Hey guys,
A lot of people don't have protection on their computers because they think it costs a lot of money (monthly/yearly).
Also a lot of people have not discovered Microsofts own protection! (Its Free!) It is called Windows Defender/Microsoft Security Essentials

This will show any sort of Bug, Virus, Adware ect.
I have personally been using this for a few years now, it isn't annoying like other software (eg. popping up asking for a scan, membership ran out buy to get protected now) 
Windows Security Essentials is different in a good way, If it finds some sort of infection it will come up saying it is removing it without taking you out of work mode. It is also a money saver and better than most of the other paid products.
I would recommend this to anyone I know, That's why I think its The Best Free Internet/Computer Security (In My Opinion).
